MASCARPONE BUBBLE TEA
This is the Blue Cheese Pecan Surprise recipe.
1. Tapioca pearls your choice*
3. Canadian Mascarpone
4. Green tea or black tea infused and chilled
1 1/2 cups
5. cranberry juince or raspberry juice
Note: Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).Cook tapioca in water according to package instructions, or until tender. Rinse under cold water, drain and reserve. In a large bowl, mix honey and Mascarpone with a whisk. Gradually add tea, juice and milk. Divide tapioca pearls and some ice cubes among tall glasses and top up with Mascarpone mixture.
Tip: Tapioca pearls come in a variety of flavours. Choose the variety you like and buy straws that are wide enough to allow the pearls to pass through so you can really enjoy your bubble tea. Cheese alternative: Canadian Cream Cheese.
