Appearances: Soft and velvety white mold exterior, subtle pockets of black ash peeking through the white mold exterior. Texture white interior with a thin layer of ash in the middle.    

Texture: Soft pasty.

Taste: Creamy and mild with a delicate hint of goat flavour complimented by the flavor of the ash.

Aging:  Ready to consume after 1 weeks from production.
