Summer with Bella Casara Contest

1. Contest Period

The Contest begins on June 8, 2026, at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("EST") and ends on September 8, 2026, at 11:59:59 a.m. EST (the "Contest Period").

2. Eligibility

NO PROOF OF PURCHASE NECESSARY. This contest is open to legal residents of Canada (except the region of Quebec), who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory which they reside as of the Contest Closing Date ("entrant").

Steps to Participate in the Contest

1. Entrant must follow @qualitycheeseinc on Instagram and/or TikTok and/or Quality Cheese Inc. on Facebook.
2. Entrant will need to create a recipe using any of the following rebranded Bella Casara fresh cheese products:
   • Bella Casara Burrata 250g
   • Bella Casara Burratini 125g
   • Bella Casara Stracciatella 200g
   • Bella Casara Buffalo Mozzarella 125g
   • Bella Casara Buffalo Mini Bocconcini 180g
   • Bela Casara Cow Bocconcini 180g
   • Bella Casara Fresh Mozzarella/Fior di Latte 250g
   • Bella Casara Mascarpone 475g
   • Bella Casara Ricotta 500g

   Post this to their social media channel(s) tagging @qualitycheeseinc on Instagram and/or TikTok and Quality Cheese Inc. on Facebook.

3. Each entrant may post up to three (3) posts during the Contest Period, including reels/videos or still content/images to any of the platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
4. Quality Cheese Inc. will select one (1) winner per month who will receive a prize for the best recipe creation, featuring Bella Casara fresh cheese in rebranded packaging (review the list of products above).
5. If posting on Instagram Stories, entrant should also be posting on their main feed and tag @qualitycheeseinc in all posts to be eligible to participate. Page needs to be public to be considered for participation in contest.
6. If Quality Cheese Inc. approves the selected post(s), only that content will be eligible for contest consideration.
7. Employees of Quality Cheese Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

3. Winner Selection

A winner will be chosen on the following days: June 30th, July 31st and September 9th, 12:00 PM EST in Toronto, Ontario from all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. Three (3) eligible entrants will be selected from all eligible entries that were submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period.

The selected winners will be chosen based on:

• The creativity and originality of the recipe and content creation
• The likeness to Bella Casara's brand look and feel

The winner will be contacted via social media DM, on whichever platform that the content came from, no later than 5:00 PM EST, on the day of the draw. If potential winner does not respond to the DM message notifying that they are the winner within three (3) business days after the draw was made (5:00 PM EST), Quality Cheese Inc. will pass the prize to the next alternative participant who aligns with the rules and regulations of this Contest.

4. Prizes

One (1) pack of Bella Casara selection of fresh products (value $150.00) and one (1) Home Sense gift card (value $150.00). Total prize value per winner: $300.00

Bonus Prize

By September 14th, 2026, Quality Cheese will choose one (1) entrant with whom collaboration on social media will follow during the year of 2026 (details to be shared with the bonus prize winner).

5. Conditions of Entry

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Quality Cheese Inc. and their agencies to use a winner's name, entry, city, province/territory of residence, and likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

All information requested by and supplied by each entrant must be truthful, accurate, and in no way misleading. Quality Cheese Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the contest in its sole and unfettered discretion, should the entrant at any stage supply untruthful, inaccurate, or misleading details and/or information or should the entrant be ineligible for the contest pursuant to these rules.

6. Content Standard and Appropriateness

All submitted photos, videos, captions, recipes, hashtags, comments and other associated content must reflect a positive and professional image of the promotion, Quality Cheese Inc, and Bella Casara (participating brand). Entries containing or associated with inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, vulgar or otherwise negative content may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the organizer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Swearing, profanity or offensive language
• Inappropriate, misleading, or offensive hashtags
• Negative, derogatory, or defamatory comments or captions
• Recipe names, descriptions or titles that could reasonably be considered offensive, inappropriate, or harmful
• Images, videos, text, audio or visual elements that depict or promote illegal, dangerous, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable conduct

Quality Cheese Inc. reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any entry that, in its sole judgement, does not align with the reputation or values of the company.

7. Limitation of Liability

By entering, eligible contestants agree to release and hold Quality Cheese Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

1. Such entrant's participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof
2. Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment
3. The unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service
4. Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest
5. Use of a contestant's entry by Quality Cheese Inc.
6. Electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries

Each prize must be accepted "as is" and may not be exchanged for an alternative prize. In the event the stated prizes are unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of Quality Cheese Inc., the prizes of equivalent nature and value (at the sole discretion of Quality Cheese Inc.) will be available to be won. The prize will be delivered only to the confirmed winner(s) upon acknowledgement and signature of the Release Form that will be sent to all winner(s).

Refusal to accept a prize releases Quality Cheese Inc., as well as its respective directors, officers, and employees, of all responsibility and obligations toward the winner of such prize. In no event shall Quality Cheese Inc. be required to award more prizes than are indicated in these Official Contest Rules.

Quality Cheese Inc. shall assume no liability whatsoever for any situation in which their inability to act results from an event or situation unforeseeable or beyond their control, including but not limited to force majeure, a strike, lockout, or any other labour dispute at their location or the locations of the businesses whose services are used to hold this event.

Any dispute relating to the Contest, or these Official Contest Rules will be decided in courts of the Province of Ontario and subject to the laws of Ontario.
