Tomato Peach
and Burrata Salad

This quick summertime salad made with burrata is a refreshing and delicious way to enjoy a nice sunny day!

Tomato Peach and Burrata Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 large peaches
  • 1 pkg Bella Casara Burratini (125g)
  • 1/4 cup walnut pieces, toasted
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Basil for garnishing
  • Grilled bread for serving
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice heirloom tomatoes into 1/4 -inch slices. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and slice peaches into 8 slices. Arrange the tomatoes and peaches on a platter.
  2. Tear apart the burattini and arrange it over the salad. Sprinkle the walnuts over top.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze and scatter fresh basil. Season well with salt and pepper and serve with grilled bread.
