1. Dry brine your steak overnight in salt.
2. The next day, pat dry your steak and season with your favorite rub then sear in a smoking-hotskillet for 2–4 minutes per side.
3. Baste with butter, garlic, and herbs until it reaches a desired internal temperature of 130– 135°F for medium-rare or keep cooking to the temperature you would like achieved.
4. Make sure to rest for about 5 minutes before serving to redistribute the juices.
5. Open your Bella Casara Burratini, drain the liquid from the container and pat dry.
6. Drizzle with any balsamic glaze and top with fried basil
