Golden, crusty sourdough filled with melted Fresh Mozzarella and luscious Burrata–this baked bread bowl is the ultimate shareable crowd pleaser. Tear, scoop and enjoy–every bite is pure, savoury decadence.

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). And line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Using a serrated knife, cut out a circle on top of the bread, leaving about an inch of
border. Making sure to remove the middle of the bread, creating a large crater in the
bread, saving the bread for extra dipping.
3. Cut approximately 1 inch slits in the wall of the bread, all the way down to the bottom of
the crater.
4. In each slit, add a piece of the sliced mozzarella by pulling it apart and nestling it in
5. Take three quarters of the pesto and using the back of a spoon spread it all over the
exposed bread, including up the sides where the slits are.
6. Layer in half of the tomatoes in the bowl and top with Burrata Add the remaining
pesto and tomatoes on top.
7. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melty and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
8. Serve immediately with the extra bread for dipping.
