Ingredients

  • 2tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2-3 ripe peaches, plums or nectarines, sliced
  • 1 package Bella Casara Burrata 250g
  • 2tbsp brown sugar
  • 2tbsp brandy or rum (for flambé)
  • Fresh mint or basil, for garnish
  • Crostini or crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat a medium skillet or pan on medium high heat, while melting butter and adding the sliced fruit. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened
  2. Add in the brown sugar cooking until it begins to caramelize
  3. Carefully pour in the brandy or rum and ignite with a match or lighter to flambé. Allow the flames to simmer
  4. Remove skillet from heat while allowing the fruit to cool
  5. Place Bella Casara Burrata on a serving plate and spoon the warm fruit over top
  6. Finish and serve with crostini or crackers
