Ingredients

  • 1 package of Bella Casara Burrata 250g
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, cut from stem
  • 4-5 slices thick cut bread, toasted
  • 4-10 pieces of crostini
  • Sliced Walnuts
  • 4-5 strawberries, sliced in half
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 3-4 slices of prosciutto
  • Cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
  • Fig jam
  • 1 vine of Grapes

Instructions

  1. Place Bella Casara Burrata in the centre of a large wooden cutting board or platter
  2. Arrange the cured prosciutto in folds or small piles
  3. Cut peaches into slices and cut strawberries in half
  4. Fill in spaces with walnuts, tomatoes and the vines of grapes
  5. Add the crostini and toasted bread along the edges
  6. Prepare the fig jam in a small glass serving bowl with a spreader knife
  7. Garnish with basil for a touch of colour and the finishing touch
