A Brie and Burrata cheese board is the perfect addition to any friends or family gathering. Filled with local artisan cheeses, dips and fruit–this cheese board will be quite crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Albert’s Leap Le Bon Secret cheese or 1 package of Bella Casara Burrata 250g
  • 1 block (approx. 200 g) gouda or havarti cheese
  • 1 block (approx. 200 g) cheddar cheese
  • 1 block (approx. 200 g) alpine/swiss-style cheese
  • 1 package of Fresh Mozzarella Fior di Latte 250g or 1 container bocconcini
  • 1 bag seedless grapes
  • 1 pint raspberries or sliced strawberries
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 15–20 crackers of your choice
  • optional: sliced veggie sticks, apricots
  • optional: cured/smoked deli meats
  • optional: rosemary, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place brie on top of a baking sheet and bake until soft (8-10 minutes).
  2. Cut block cheeses into cubes or mini triangles. Slice the Bella Casara Fresh Mozzarella
    into thin slices or place bocconcini onto toothpicks, set aside.
  3. On a wooden board or platter, start with the placement of the different cheeses. Then, fill the empty spaces with fruit, veggies, and the remaining items.
